Mr. Ravindra Maheshwari (Founder & Director)

He founded Three65 Financial Services Private Limited in 2018 & laid a great foundation for others to follow. He handles all accounts, Collection & Credit department of the company and sets the short and long-term financial objectives with an eye of achieving them. He has a great number of experiences up his sleeves. Being a Commerce graduate, he has achieved more than 15 years in the field of Finance. Before the company was promoted he worked as Accounts Head at a Reputed NBFC situated Jaipur with a remarkable experience of more than 13 years.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Rathi (Founder & Director)

He is a professional Chartered Accountant and having more than 15 Years experience in Auditing, Accounting, having knowledge of Prudential Norms related to Banks and Non Baking Finance Companies will also assist to get Credit from the Banks and Financial Institutions he will also look ALM and Risk Management. He is responsible for the strategies and initiatives that drive revenues, growth, competitive market positioning and profit.

Mr. Johari Lal Sodhani (Founder & Director)

They belong to a well known business family and known for good credit worthiness and entrepreneurship. They are engaged in the field of catering and sweets shops and are the Directors in Sodhani Sweets Private Limited and Sodhani Foods Private Limited having four out let in well known business place at Jaipur. Both directors does not have NBFC Experience, however they handle about 300 employees and having good relations with banks and manage to get credit from the banks. Both directors are also having good relations in Business Community of Maheshwari Samaj. Because of work force the company will already have clients (borrowers) in their organization. Both are having good reputation with other related business/ancillary units like tent houses, flower decorators /suppliers, Dairy products, Milk suppliers at village level.
Looking to their relation with persons having different walks of life the company foresees to cater there financial needs. Shri Johari Lal Sodhani and Rajul Sodhani having good Net Worth and are able to infuse fresh capital in the company and also use their relation to add some HNI for equity participation in the company in future if required.
